Katlist is looking for an enthusiastic PR intern to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a cutting-edge agency, that works with world-renowned luxury alcoholic spirits brands. The candidate will become part of a passionate and collaborative team, supporting a PR Managers and PR Director in delivering the responsibilities below.

This is an exciting and multi-faceted role that will involve various elements of the business – a great opportunity to grow and gain hands-on experience working with some of the world’s most talked about luxury brands. We are looking for a resilient, hard working applicant, with knowledge of the London scene who strives to work in a fast-paced environment.

An understanding of the consumer media landscape is a must, as well as a strong grasp of social media and excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed.

Responsabilities includes: copy writing, weekly reporting, assisting with photoshoots and  events, assiting with press and influencer gifting, assisting with influencer marketing campaigns and supporting with the general management of client accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

•	Management and updating of media lists
•	Collating media + social coverage daily
•	Assist with the execution of events (invitations, media sell-in, post-event reports)
•	Conduct daily research to support PR and Digital strategies
•	Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
•	Assist in the preparation of weekly reports (PR, Digital, Events)
•	Draft copy/wording for social and traditional media content
•	Assist with media and influencer gifting

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

•	Proven prior experience within PR or studying towards a career in the field
•	Excellent communication and writing skills
•	An analytical mind with great attention to detail
•	Plugged in to popular culture and up to date with fashion, music and art trends’

•	Most importantly, enthusiasm and a desire to be part of team with a common goal of delivering great work.
