Looking for a FEMALE DANCER, SUNDAY 9TH JANUARY, LONDON. 9am-4pm. Fan-made music video for 'Biceps - Apricots'. £30 provided for expenses.

The piece will follow the character as she dances her way through London, communicating abstractly with the various giant statues along her way (e.g. Still Water - giant horse's head by Park Lane).

As this is a no-budget passion project there is unfortunately no pay, though I will give you £30 that you can use to cover expenses/travel etc. There will be no rehearsal required. The choreography will be improvised on the shoot in a joint collaborative approach. I know the creative vision/feel I want to capture, but with regards to the technicalities of dance I'm more than happy to entrust that to you.

Regarding style, I'd like a relatively contemporary, fluid approach. Limbs like waves, lots of rising and falling, elegant, graceful, but with moments of explosiveness. I'd quite like the dance to maintain physical momentum constantly, one move seamlessly blending into the next as opposed to a more segmented approach. You'll need to be dancing full pelt in busy areas (e.g. the middle island in Hyde Park Corner) so make sure you're comfortable with this verging-on-flashmob approach.

The shoot will run from 9am-4pm. Locations to be confirmed but I plan to keep it all around the Hyde Park area.
Please message me or (preferably) email me at riveraineproductions@gmail.com to apply. Please attach a portfolio or video (or a few of differing styles if you have them) of you dancing, plus a headshot if you have one please.
