Hi all - over the last couple of months I've hosted a number of guest expert sessions within female masterminds & group programmes (typically business / mindset / personal growth focused) which have been going down super well, with lots of positive feedback, transformative insights & high energy.

I'm not currently running my own programme, but I LOVE connecting with new communitities & hosting group sessions for women looking to expand, develop & reach more of their potential in their life & career.

I focus on lifestyle design & intentional growth, by combining mindset tools, simple biz strategies & energy management to help women create meaningful success in their professional life and a lifestyle that they love.
