Looking for tips from fellow creative directors and leaders!! what practical steps help build expertise as a leader in creative spaces?
As an aspiring creative director, I'm working towards building a brand and platform that not only reflects my peronality, but also my skillsets. I feel like I'm doing a good job, but I beleive I can do more. I want to grow and leave my own unique creative footprint. Any tips, tricks, or testimonies that you guys are willing to share would greatly be appreciated! What drives you as a fellow creative director? what are you doing now to establish the goals you want to reach in the future? what did you do during your beginner years to help get your foot in the door? what would you tell your younger self with you being where you are now?
