Looking to collaborate with UK-based junior web developers for projects expected to start early 2024.

I am looking for UK-based junior web developers to collaborate on some projects that are expected to start early 2024. The projects have not yet been signed-off but we are putting together potential team members in preparation.

Required skills:
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.
* HTML template development for both static sites and WordPress themes.
* Version control using Git with platforms like GitHub and GitLab.
* Testing and debugging skills using browser developer tools.

Basic design skills and the ability to convert design concepts into a working web page would be useful but not immediately required for these particular projects.

If the projects go ahead, you will be working with a project manager and senior developer. The role will be fully remote and you will be responsible for managing your own time. It won't be regular or full time work but may be ideal for someone who wants to build up a portfolio alongside an existing day-job or freelance gigs.
