Making a magazine (Collaborations and contributions wanted)
Hi everyone,
My name is Chelsie, I'm a 2nd year university student studying Fashion media and promotion at UCA Rochester.
At the moment I'm doing a freelance project (which is a required part of my degree) and I have chosen to make a magazine.
I'm looking for any creatives (photographers, makeup artists, set designers, fashion design students, graphic designers, etc)and also any journalism/fashion journalism individuals to contribute articles that focus around the magazine theme.
My issue is going to be around the concept of Pain and it will be named "The Abstraction of torment". My idea for the issue stems from these things in particular;
-An obsession with things that hurt us
-A weird fascination with fear
-Interest in horror and the psychology of the twisted mind
