Novo Amor, has just announced '565’, a £10,000 fund to support the work of five young filmmakers, from five different countries, to each make a short film under six minutes in length.
Making his back catalogue available to filmmakers worldwide, Novo Amor hopes to give a platform to untold stories centred around the interaction between humanity and the environment. Young filmmakers are invited to take part by submitting a 500-word treatment of their short film idea on the Novo Amor website. Once the five winners are selected and announced in January 2022, they will each be given one month and a fund of £2,000 to make their vision come to life. The five winning short films will then be posted on the Novo Amor channels to raise awareness
