Aurora is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for an awesome new Client Manager to join us on our exciting journey, helping our clients navigate the changing world of converged physical and digital customer experience. Our work spans the full customer experience from strategy & insight through creative, content and activation.

We are looking for an experienced Client Manager with exceptional people and organizational skills, combining creative thinking with commercial savvy. You'll be passionate about brand design and a digital / tech enthusiast. You'll be quick thinking, positive and enthusiastic - calm in a crisis and with a great sense of urgency.

You'll work with famous global and wonderful local clients on developing and delivering exciting, bleeding-edge activations.

That might include campaigns, films, digital products and websites, immersive, in-game and Metaverse, PR and events. You might not have experience across all these areas, but we'd love to talk to you if you've got the passion, curiosity, and aptitude to think big.

Quite simply, we are the first creative experience agency for the Metaverse generation. With a hybrid working model, a HQ in Liverpool, and an office in Toronto, Aurora is led by two award-winning female founders. We meld together creative, digital, and customer experience to reflect the need for entirely holistic thinking, strategy and activation.
