Personal Brand Development or Working in a Studio, thoughts?
trying to weigh up the path ahead for personal brand development or working in a studio, or both. Whats your thoughts and ideas on this?

- @Scott Jones inside my day job, I work on a bunch of projects, but outside, I try to only focus on one or two at a time so I don't burn myself out. Check out Radim Malinic's books. They have some cool perspectives for someone a lot more established than myself.

- I am currently persuing both. I have my creative day job which is in a studio while developing my own personal brand in my own time. It really comes to money, time and energy. I personaly find both work well as i am able to learn new things while on the job which help my personal development and vice versa.
