Studio to Sublet in Tooting Broadway!

Question

hey everyone, I have a studio in Tooting Broadway that I need to sublet for a few months. It's ready mid November and I wont need it just yet so it would be all yours.

The deposit is £275 and its £275 per month.

It's quite big, its bigger than a single bedroom but not quite a couble, im just waiting on dimensions from the studio.

I've attached a picture when it was being built but at least you can see the size of it.
