URGENT BEDROOM LOCATION FOR SHORT FILM

Question

Hello,

We are looking for a bedroom and a bathroom location to shoot our short film 'Secret Sleepers' in between the 15-19th of April. The bedroom must be large and have a lot of natural light. Ideally it would be south/ south east facing so that morning light comes through the window. Aesthetically, we are most drawn to mid century modern/ contemporary spaces. The shower must be a walk in shower, rather than one over a bath. 
The 15th would be a set up day.
The 16th, 17th, 18th will be 3x morning shoots from 7:30am - 12pm. We would like to reserve the 19th as an insurance day in case things run over for whatever reason.
The budget is at £500 all in. There is potential for an increase of £1k, however this is what we are currently looking at.
It is a crew size (inc talent) of 5 people and we wouldn't leave any equipment on location unless granted permission to do so.
We have insurance coverage of £50,000,000.

We recognize there are budget limitations, however we are incredibly grateful for any support towards up and coming filmmakers. The location owner shall be credited as Executive Producer on the film's IMDB, and we can offer professional marketing photography of the space.
