We are looking for a content creator who is fiercely creative, resourceful, self-motivated and independent with videography & editing skills

The ideal candidate would have grown up with DSLR’s and become a master at not only creating short form video content but also taking amazing photos of products and people. And they can use their phone to shoot a great tiktok if they need to.

An ideal candidate must also be able to edit their own material. That being said, they don’t need to be an expert in both photography and videography but we are looking for proven hands-on experience in both, and an appetite to keep learning in whatever field is weaker.

Whilst they’ll have the help of an incredibly supportive team, they’ll ultimately be in charge of creating content for some of the UK’s most exciting brands; with their videos/images being seen across social, print, and digital media.

On a weekly basis this means they’ll be determining the creative direction for clients, mood boarding, creating shot-lists, shooting and editing. As we’re all aware, shoots don’t always go 100% to plan, so we’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, with good communication skills and the ability to direct and work collaboratively with the rest of the team.

With this in mind, a proven track record of creating work to a high standard for commercial purposes is a must. This work often displays a good eye for composition and detail, as well as a strong ability to capture a certain mood and present the familiar in a fresh way. If they can demonstrate this in their portfolio, they’ll stand out.

Client budgets vary so they will need to be resourceful and be able to think of ideas and solutions when budgets are limited.
