We are looking for creative directors copy with beauty background...for a network agency in Hamburg, Germany – in a permanent role.
In this role you bring big ideas to life and you collaborate with internal stakeholders and the client. You inspire and mentor the team to develop impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver to the brand vision and ensuring consistency.
- Expertise in beauty/skincare within agency and leading global integrated campaigns are a must
- You have the ability to lead creative through conceptual development through post-production across all channels including retail
- And: You have the ability to lead a large team from different cultures and backgrounds across different creative disciplines...traditional, digital/social, CRM, POS, PR, etc
