What are your biggest tips for productivity?

Hybrid working is still growing in popularity. In April, a new law was passed in the UK allowing employees to request working from home from their first day.

At our in-person sessions, we've helped to connect individuals working in the same team or even in the same job who haven't met before.

Whilst 73% of workers believe they are more productive working from home, there can be many distractions including phones and children! In the office it's easy to become waylaid by conversations with colleagues.

Here are 3 of our tips!

1) Sleep - Without a good night's sleep, we will struggle to be productive and creative. Sleeping reduces stress and helps to consolidate memories. This often results in increased creativity.

2) Limit technology - Set clear boundaries for yourself on when to use your devices, turn notifications off and take a look at productivity apps to help reduce screen time.

3) Do nothing - It is rare for us to get bored these days with so much at our fingertips. However, having a moment of stillness and doing nothing is a great way to kickstart productivity and generate creativity.
