What kind of spaces do people here like to work in?

I really dislike working at home, I've got a studio but find that too quiet as there are only ever a few people in. I'm only really happy in coffee shops, where I am now :) I remember at art school some people never came in to the space, and just turned up with their work on crit day. I would always go in to chat to people and share ideas. Not saying one's better than the other, it's interesting though how different people are.

  • I totally dislike working at home too. Before the pandemic I would always be onsite.

As a web developer working mainly for creative agencies it was so easy to show things and answer questions face to face like "what if we do this ..." and "can we just try..."

It's just not the same over a stuttering zoom call!

I'm not sure about working in coffee shops though - for me it depends on the task in hand.
