Where can I source small wooden boxes to package luxury gifts?

I have a small art object that is being manufactured, and am looking for high-quality packaging for it. I've been looking at wooden boxes similar to those used in the jewellery trade, but struggling to find suppliers who can do small orders (at least until my sales increase).

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look?

I'm also very happy to look at other packaging solutions - fabric, leather, etc.  But the emphasis is on it being a luxury gift item, so the materials need to reflect this.
