Would love to hear from service designers. I am quite keen to learn if UX strategy and service design have common grounds.

- @James Colquhoun Thanks James for your response. It's intresting to see how they both co-exsist.
- Hi Vandana, for me Service Design goal is to deliver a service. Required service would drive the UX strategy. Overall Service Architecture has different service designs within the architecture, each component of service design would have it's own UX strategy and detail. To deliver a service for say an app then there would be a UX strategy and UX detail via for example user stories. Encompassing Service Design would then include other elements such as SLA's to meet the set of requirements via a contract. It's the actual testing of the service that is key to meeting the deliverable, for me there is direct correlation between the service design and UX. It would be interesting for me to learn what state of the art service testing is available, as it always seems to be difficult to test services during implementations. James.
