1 WARWICK
Located in a Neo-Baroque mansion on a dynamic corner of London’s storied Soho, 1 Warwick is a members’ House inspired by Maslow’s theory of human motivation and happiness. Set over six floors, 1 Warwick is home to beautifully designed workspaces, members’ lounges, event spaces, a studio and gym – as well as a rooftop restaurant and bar with sweeping views of the neighbourhood, which has played muse to centuries of creatives.

FOOD & DRINK
A tempting line-up of culinary delights is on offer throughout 1 Warwick, overseen by our executive chef Tom Cenci. Yasmin, our members-only rooftop restaurant, bar and terrace serves up a Middle Eastern menu; while Nessa, our neighbourhood bistro and bar on the ground floor, puts a playful spin on British classics. Our Club Menu is available throughout the House’s social and workspaces, so members can dine anywhere, anytime.

WORKSPACES
1 Warwick has a selection of beautiful workspaces, both private and shared, intuitively designed with inviting interior touches to help our members flourish. There are Private Studies for teams working together and permanent desks for individuals, as well as stylish, communal workspaces for those who thrive on a shared energy.

MEETINGS & EVENTS
1 Warwick has a range of thoughtfully designed meeting rooms that can be modified into various layouts and tailored to bespoke needs. Combining the latest technology with homely touches, they are the perfect solution for working lunches or relaxed conferences. We also have a number of sociable spaces for private events, including the Library and Drawing Room, which can be hired by members for anything from cosy dinners to large drinks parties.

WELLBEING
Our wellbeing hub houses a boutique gym and studio space, alongside luxurious changing rooms with a towel service. Exercise and recharge at any time of the day, book in with a personal trainer or join one of our complimentary fitness classes.
