12 Hans Road is an extraordinary grade 2 listed building with a captivating history. Designed by renowned British designer and architect A.H. Mackmurdo, within a terrace by Charles Voysey, this architectural gem presents a lofty legacy to be embraced. Seeking inspiration from within the building, I allowed its essence to guide me. The earthy colours and symbols prevalent throughout the structure, particularly a cast iron emblem gracing the main entrance, became an element I used in the branding and signage, later named the “symbol of prosperity.” Carefully selected to pay homage to the past while looking ahead to the future. A beautiful serif typeface effortlessly balanced tradition and innovation, capturing the building’s rich heritage and its promising prospects. To market the building effectively, I designed an elegant website and brochure, both reflecting the building’s character and carefully displaying all the necessary information which became crucial tools for prospective tenants to explore the available suites, making it easy for tenants to book viewings and for the agent to get the suites let.
