Project at 48.1 Ben Crofton teamed up with esteemed chef Dan Fletcher to celebrate high quality local produce and excellent service at a new restaurant in the picturesque town of Somerton. We worked with established photographer Andrew Hayes Watkins, using texture and soft light to create a photography style that brings the quality of the produce to the forefront. The website features interactive galleries and ample space to allow the photography to take centre stage and showcase the meticulous care that goes into the dishes.
