Thoughts on 60 days of shielding.

[IMAGE DESCRIPTION: Black and White photo of Sulaiman taking a nap in the afternoon wearing his ventilator mask connected to an elephant tubing to his vent. He is laying on his left side (showing his disabled contracted hands with wasted muscles by Muscular Dystrophy and body twisted like “wet spaghetti” by severe Scoliosis) and he’s dreaming of better days to come.

Sixty days (two months!) today (and counting) since I have left the house being #HighRiskCovid19. And I was feeling a bit unwell most of the day, soearlier this afternoon I decided to use my use BiPAP ventilator today just resting and reflecting.
Not sure when I’ll next be able to go out or if I’ll be at home for the next year or until there is a vaccine, but I’m Immensely Grateful, In Praise, and Faithful Forever for a Life full of Blessings. I’m particularly #grateful for my mind and THIS body. YES, this Crip AF #disabled body! Perfectly imperfect. Regardless, I’m working towards aligning (resting, recharging, reflecting, recovering, restoring & replenishing) over constant hustling. I know ALL will be okay if I just wait & trust in my capacity to live my best life my way–No pressure, no judgment, no hate on me.
