'A Boy and His Dog' is an award-winning short documentary film featuring the amazing Owen Howkins, his dog Haatchi and the rest of the Howkins-Drummond family. It explores Owen's story of living with Schwartz-Jampel Syndrome, and his relationship with Haatchi who lost a leg after being hit by a train.
