A brand identity for a journalism organisation that provides support and education to young and budding journalists to help them make their mark on the world, alongside with the foundation there is an annual award for outstanding journalism and to honur the name of Robert Gascoyne - Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Salisbury. My approach to making the identity for this was to have the branding act as a supporting "foundation" for the journalism work and charity events that the origination runs this flows over to the award styling system as well as to not over shadow the work of the journalists who participate and win. For the aesthetics I followed closely the rules of traditional newsprint's with the dark greys and grid system within news articles. As for the Salisbury prize styling I kept the core identity the same as it is part of the same brand but I added a golden shine to the sub name to show success and to support the origin of the prize I included the signature of the man who the prize honours, this also give a little bit of personal touch with the man formerly acknowledging the work of the winner
