A love letter to dolma, a Middle Eastern parcel of joy

I wrote a reported piece for VICE's food platform MUNCHIES about the Middle Eastern dish dolma, interviewing chefs and food experts to find out why this dish is such a culinary staple in the Mediterranean and Middle East.
