A Midsummer Night's Dream at The Brit School (2024)

I worked as a co-set designer and constructor on the 2024 Shakespeare Season production of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. I enjoyed this project so much since I finally got to build a set that I designed. These photos follow the process of designing, model-making and construction of the set for the show. The brief we had was a Grimms tale inspired world with a hint of 90's festival. I came up with the concept art and designed the flats and the big stump seen in the model box. With 3 weeks of construction the team I was apart of magicked up a set I am proud of.
