A New Direction: Arts Award

Arts Award inspires young people to grow their arts and leadership talents; it's creative, valuable and accessible

Arts Award is a range of accredited qualifications on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), that support anyone up to the age of 25 to grow as artists and arts leaders, inspiring them to connect with and take part in the wider arts world through taking challenges in an art form - from fashion to filmmaking, pottery to poetry.

A New Direction support Arts Award in London by running pilot programmes and developing local networks to test new ways of delivering Arts Award in different settings, and delivering training and support for Arts Award advisers.
All young people who come through our doors through our various programmes are also encouraged and supported to work towards an Arts Award.
