Reminder to self-care

Throughout this time it may be difficult to find time to show love and take time out for yourself.
Please remember above all things please self-care should always come first.
Do not feel guilty about looking after yourself, and taking a moment to reset and refresh your mind.
Here are some things I do to manage my self-love:
1. Tell myself how far I’ve come on my journey and remind myself of how beautiful I am inside and out
2. Take days off where I completely switch off from everything online and offline
3. Get my 8 - 12 hours sleep daily
4. Drinking 2-3 liters of water daily
5. Twerking daily to get my exercise in ( Of course )
