A university, final year self initiated project.
This project is all about the electromagnetic spectrum; the physical aspect of colour; allowing individuals to appreciate colour and its importance in the world. The main book is called ‘Refraction - The Visible Spectrum’, which explores each spectrum colour for its natural form and human interpretation, with references primarily from Western culture. The two smaller publications are called ‘Invisible - Infrared’ and ‘Invisible - Ultraviolet’. Throughout the books the text is accompanied with experimental photography, in which all images have been manipulated by natural light; the source of colour.
