I was compelled to shoot this series in a town just out side middlesbrough, North East England after hearing on a cop police TV show that it had the highest glassing rate in fights.
When I nervously got there to shoot these tough as nails people I fully expected to get a pint glass in the face, I even went incognito, donned in head to toe Adidas. However ,when I got there I found even the scariest looking people I approached friendly, warm and welcoming. They are pictured here with monstrous industrial estates that plague the horizons behind them.
