ABEL RESTAURANT

ABEL restaurant is a creative kitchen hub in London and the home to a carefully curated menu from the Executive Chef Javier Duarte. I redefined the ABEL restaurant by establishing a stronger connection with the roots of the brand: France and Spain. The branding was inspired by a Mosaic style - traditional shape, or grid used in Spanish architectural ornament. The branding was also used for the staff’s uniform and the restaurant’s signage. New uniforms and signage completed the fine dining picture, and the restaurant now befits its food, wine and location.
