Held for the first time in 2016, it is an annual festival that brings
city of Braga tunas from other cities. The Tunão lasts for three
days: night of serenades (Rectory of the University of Minho), passacalles
(parade of tunas by the streets of Braga), night of spectacle and in the last day
there is the closing with a lunch with all the participants.
For 2 years I was the responsible of communication of the festival, and worked with a Designer from Peru, in different time frames, to be able to have the perfect image for the festival.
Tunão is an academic festival organised by an academic group of girls from the University of Minho, and we pay for everything so the other groups that participate have the perfect weekend of gathering and experincing new things. We do this thanks to sponsors that we gather and from activities and concerts that we do. Normally, to pay this 3 nights we gather from sponsors all over the city of Braga around 7 thousand euros and 2 thousand from the University. we work 3 to 4 months to have this money for this event.
