Across the Road: Examining the impact and relationship of developments in Paddington Green/Hall Place Estate in the context of the Church Street Regeneration scheme in Westminster

A Civic Design CPD Project with UCL Bartlett School of Planning). In 2021/22 Live Projects’ Chris Hayes worked as part of a student design team and with creatives with embedded community working in London Paddington’s Church Street estate to co-design solutions for strengthened public engagement, regeneration, and creative arts-based ideas and solutions to improve the public realm. This included a community audit and community consultation, and working with CivicWise’s public realm community engagement toolkit and canvases. Our report is available here with the caveat that it was produced as a student project under tight time constraints.
