Cycle sync is a workout collection * on the Nike training club app. These series of workouts are to empower women *training according to their cycle.   The Flo app is a period tracking app that allows you to log when your cycle begins as well as all of your symptoms for the user to better understand themselves and their cycle. New updates on the app include workout guides and based on different stages of your cycle.   One LDN is a London based fitness club that have launched an eight-week program named The Curve. The program is a bio hack for women to understand their hormones and how to enhance recovery and performance in their workouts.  In January 2021 Aavia a hormonal health start-up has launched a free app that offers daily personalised insights and education about menstrual cycles. A feature that is on the app includes how your physical health is affected by your hormones, such as energy levels and muscle tone. These insights allow the users tailor their workouts around their cycle.  As companies are beginning to use the menstrual cycle to train it brings me to my prediction.
