Ahmed Abdellatif is the President of CTC Group, a Sudanese private limited group of companies, established in 1956, CTC Group is a leading independent Sudanese private sector company in the agricultural sector. CTC Group companies are also market leaders in the fields of Consumer Electronics and Information and Communications Technology. Ahmed Abdellatif has been educated at Reading University, Cambridge University and IMD. Over his 25+ year career with CTC, including 10 years as Group President, Ahmed Abdellatif has lead the transformation of CTC from a classical "family business" to a leading multi sector corporates in East Africa. Ahmed Abdellatif has successfully worked towards raising Sudanese business standards to international levels, through the implementation of world class certified management systems, with a particular focus on the nurturing and development of local human resources. Ahmed Abdellatif sits on the board of a number of public companies and is actively engaged in a number of civil society organisations.
