Alexander McQueen Savage Beauty - V&A

This was a short project that I undertook for the V&A to design a poster for their Alexander McQueen exhibition, Savage Beauty. We were tasked with designing a potential creative poster for the exhibition retroactively which showed some insight into McQueens style. Through a combination of materials and laser cutting techniques I designed a poster based off one of his pieces featured in the exhibition, concluding with two examples; one with a perspex background to show how this piece could be replicated on glass, and another with a golden background to better represent McQueens interest in materials.
