This project was in the continuity to follows up on « Designed by Nantes ». The aim of the project was to do a promote packaging for a company to apply our regional brand. We study seaweed sectors and we chose company named Blue Cluster. We made a new product named Algae: it’s a range of cream for skin in five small capsules.
In our research, we found that seaweed shapes were already graphic. It became our inspiration. We wanted to use one type of seaweed for each assortment. So, we created typography to refer to the sea universe. We also used pop art inspiration to draw new seaweed shapes. The idea was to become attractive for young people. This new package makes the difference with concurrency.
