Algae Cacao was the winner of the JDORaw 2020 competition set by JDO - a London-based design agency. The brief asked to ‘mash together’ two unexpected foods, drinks or flavours for an audience of millennials. Algae Cacao is a luxury chocolate range, made with spirulina for added protein. The range is vegan, refined sugar and gluten free, combining the natural health benefits of spirulina and raw cacao.
