ALLERGAN for INVOLVE, 2016.
BRIEF: Company day to be held at the large office space in Marlow for 400 members of staff to encourage networking and a better understanding of the multiple parts of a large pharma company.
RESULT: Passport to Growth. Themed day to visit different locations, concepts created by function leaders of each department. Creative concepts advised and elaborated by me and other project coordinator.
I procured all objects and services (including a nitrogen ice bar) for each function as well as a lot of client management, also ran set up and oversaw event go live.
