Such a big company like Amazon needs a lot of staff! Together with Dauntless, I was involved in the launch of Amazon's most successful European talent acquisition platforms yet. This included internal microsites, display ads, email design and print work – promoting their new fulfilment centres and recruitment. As a result of our efforts, the click-through rate (CTR) increased by 20% in the first six weeks. Not only this, but the number of applicants also doubled and the quality of every applicant was improved.
