Anoy Kitchen
Anoy Kitchen is a supper-club project started by Levon Lim and I. The project ventures into experimenting the boundaries between food and design; a playful and graphic based approach at food styling and plating.
We felt that food styling was dominated by a particular narrative determined by people with traditional culinary backgrounds. As young creatives, we felt that a design-led approach could develop a platform of constant innovation and redesigning the way we see food and ingredients.
