Anthropologie Winchester Store Opening

This new Anthropologie EU location on Winchester's high street was completed in under a week. As the on-the-ground leader of the store opening process, I collaborated with the creative teams, delegated stock processing, liaised with project managers and building teams, local authorities, and Head Office / Distribution Center teams. The photo below is of the stunning art installation by Display Artist Fiona Coupe on the first floor of the shop, prior to transforming the rest of the building into a customer-ready Anthropologie shop.
