What is the application about? Khaleej Times Online is the global face newspaper on the internet. The newspaper stepped into the digital medium with the launch of Khaleej Times online.

Challenges Providing a design that will support Arabic Language. Out of the box interaction was required. Speech to text feature was required. Same design to multiple devices (iPhone, Android and Blackberry).

What is the application about? The Hub is a standard management information system. Users, at all levels of the organization from employees to CXO level rely on reports generated from this systems to help them evaluate their business' daily activities or problems that arise, make decisions, and track progress.

Objective This was a ground-up redesign of an enterprise application. Despite of using this application on daily basis many good features were unknown to the employees and a few were cumbersome to use. The project also included responsive design approach and creation of style-guide.
Opportunity Opportunity to start from scratch, analyzing data provided by the teams and stakeholders to create an entirely new user experience and interface, whilst retaining existing features that were valued and integral to the product. Who are the users of the application? Primary Users: Every person working in the organization Secondary Users: Managers to CTO of the organization
Design Process Followed:
01. Discovery Gain knowledge of users, context, technologies, gather user data, research competi- tive products, conduct interviews and filed studies.
02. Explore Build user profiles on gathered data, produce materials that will aid the outlining of the project, site maps, content inventories, screen flows, navigation models, task flows, user journeys, scenarios.
03. Select Evaluate, test, and select wireframe concepts for prototype development.
04. Develop Create design specifications and evolve concept/ wireframes into full design solution. 05. Refine
05. Refine Evaluate design with stakeholders to obtain feedback and conduct usability testing.
06. Deliver Complete design and produce deliverables.
07. Test & Maintain Once the initial project is completed we test and maintain for additional improvements in their industry.
