Argot/slang

I watched this documentary about slang language in France in 1980's. I was inspired to create this image. The man I sketched is the interviewed man. I like to use in the composition some classic elements ( old dictionary photo) and some bright and modern colors in order to build a contrast and a contraction in the composition My intention is to reflects the contradictions and the contrast between the traditional academic language and street language (slang).
