Art on a Postcard Winter Auction 2023

Art on a Postcard's (AOAP) ninth edition of our Autumn/Winter auction features over 500 works and six guest curators: Frankie Shea of Moniker Projects; Ell Pennick, director of Guts Gallery; gallerist Ed Cross; Millie Foster, director of Gillian Jason Gallery; Katherine Kittoe of Kittoe Contemporary; and comedian and art critic Verity Babbs. The auction showcases a stellar line-up, including London-based artist Rana Begum, Thomas Dane Gallery’s Hurvin Anderson RA, world-renowned textile designer Kaffe Fassett MBE, Stephen Friedman Gallery’s Anne Rothenstein, celebrated Scottish painter Andrew Cranston, LA contemporary artist Kim Dingle, Glasgow-born Jack Milroy, rising star Matthew Eguavoen, based in Lagos, Nigeria, New Contemporary Tom Harker, popular abstract artist John Simpson, NYC based artist, famed for his instantly recognisable drawings, doodles, characters and murals Jon Burgerman, Dutch artist Bobbye Fermie, and the Chilean Marco Bizzarri. These artists are some of the fabulous talent headlining this year’s show, which aims to raise money for The Hepatitis C Trust’s unfunded helpline, a vital resource for the many thousands of people who received infected blood or blood products. Bidding is open via Dreweatts Auction House from 9 - 23 November.
