Artikaas Holiday Recipe Development & Content Production
Nothing brings people together for the holidays like cheese! We provided the Artikaas team with recipe development and content production, photography and videography, for the 2021 holiday season. Featured recipes include Jammy Gouda Cookies with salted vanilla bourbon caramel and white chocolate, Duxelles Crusted Beef Tenderloin with a creamy, truffle gouda sauce, and a Twisted Gouda Sgroppino cocktail with a decadent gouda sorbet.

The Challenge
Gouda cheese has a strong flavor profile and isn't the first ingredient that comes to mind during the holidays. The Artikaas team needed a partner capable of transforming their line of flavor-packed cheese products into unique holiday dishes, while maintaining the integrity of each flavor variety.
The Strategy
We began by assessing the flavor profile of each product, understanding what gaps there were in their recipe repertoire, and brainstorming different ways of incorporating the product. Our approach to recipe development puts the product first and considers the consumer's journey from viewing, reading, buying, and making the recipe. Each recipe underwent three rounds of testing and revision to ensure that the recipe was stable, accessible, and oh-so delicious.
The Outcome
