Artist Manager - Tom Lewis

Highlights include a fully funded trip to Japan and the solo exhibition in central Mayfair entitled " Megan and the Chaos Blossom" in June 2018.

Managed visual artist Tom Lewis handling all facets of his career including:
• Artist Development
• Secured funding for an ongoing project in Japan from Daiwa Foundation.
• Secured opportunities for licensing including games, VR, drinks etc.
• Co-managed all facets of a successful solo exhibition in Mayfair including curation, sales, Marketing and PR.
• Introduced his work to British Council, Japanese Embassy, GB Sasakawa, Daiwa Foundation, National Gallery and Japan House among others.
It was an amazing experience, with the artistic development being something I particularly enjoyed. The Daiwa Foundation were incredibly open and supportive offering talks, helping with education opportunities and really promoting collaborative British and Japanese artwork. With Tom, a lot of the work in his art was exploring why he creates it.
In 18 years of working the question had never really been fully resolved and over the months we worked together it eventually came out with a two week revelation that Tom described as "near on an acid trip".
