I used to do this with Lo-fi music, but I found ASMR works better for me personally.
ASMR helps me to focus on the thoughts that are relevant to the situation rather than thinking about everything going on in that moment. I'm still figuring out how it works, but the animation is helpful to show what I mean .
(I don't usually listen to rain sounds, but I feel like a lot of people appreciate the sound of rain)
