Audible asked for a 3 day event to allow the company to return to its original start-up mindset.

AUDIBLE (pitch) for INVOLVE, 2016.
BREIF: To create large scale event across three days to inspire and reconnect Audible employees, as company was suffering from expanding too quickly and losing the insurgent nature of the start-up. Client specifically referred to Bain's 'The Founder's Mentality' theory.
RESULT: A series of ideas surrounding themes to encourage insurgency. E.g Breaking Audible, a contrived series of news stories and digital notifications announcing to employees that Audible could be bought out by a competitor, emergency meetings called with various activities for employess to embrace the origins of Audible to avoid being bought out.
