Self-initiated research suggested Millennials' incapability to correlate their definition of politeness with actions they defined as polite. Therefore, it proved that polite manners are automated phrases that do not reflect one's morals. In response to the primary research, I have designed the Automatic Apologizer. The speculative armband activates in the very specific motion of bumping shoulders when both parties try to avoid confrontation by apologizing. Instead of an active apology, the device apologizes for you in a disturbing way and by its existence questions how fake-politeness affects intimate relationships.
