AVENGERS - ENDGAME / #MARVELMOMENTS

A commissioned stop motion animation piece from London based creative marketing agency Glass Eye that worked with Disney to commission three creators, Vesa Lehtimaki, Daniel Ojanlatva and myself to produce an MCU tribute! The 60 second stop motion animation is a celebration of the 22 slate of films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, from Hulk to Inifinity War and exploring the characters for their own Marvel Moments. The campaign from Glass Eye coincided with the release of Avengers - EndGame and the new figurines and toys from Hasbro's Marvel Legends line. This was great fun to animate and as a comic reader, collector and fan of the films it was great to recap (no pun intended) and see the transition of the films through the last 10 years. I would have loved to have created a more concise piece but their were time restraints and a few scenes that never made the final cut, some of these can be seen on my insta (@veeladwa). All the work was traditionally animated without the use of any CGI, except for the light moving across the titles at the beginning. Hands and faces were swapped and changed but the idea was to keep it simple enough to inspire fans to create their own #marvelmoments through stop motion, artwork or video clips.
